James Durr is a passionate property entrepreneur with a strong foundation and background in business.
Founding Property Solvers with Ruban Selvanayagam in 2017, the company’s mission is to empower quick home sellers with the tools and knowledge they need to make informed decisions. We believe in offering transparency, choice and a firm commitment to help our clients achieve the best possible outcome from their property sale.
Alongside a 7-day We Buy Any House service, Property Solvers also offer both traditional (28-day) and modern method (56-day) auction services alongside a regulated express sale estate agency service.
James’ Background
After graduating with a degree in Economics and Politics at Southampton University, James quickly realised that a career in property industry was an area he could apply his skills for business, creativity and design.
Shortly after graduation, he took his first step into the property (buy-to-let) space by investing in his initial rental property in Sheffield.
Over the years, James has been deeply involved in the property sector, successfully buying and selling several hundred properties both in the UK and Spain. Along the way, he also ventured into the financial sector, founding companies that added a unique perspective to the property space.
